This particular knife is one of the second pattern FS fighting knives. It features the characteristic chequered brass grip and.. This is a genuine 3rd pattern Fairbairn-Sykes fighting knife, made by J.Nowill & Sons of Sheffield, showing the Nowill ‘crossed keys’ logo on the grip and etched details on blade.
